entrepreneurial spirit and ability to remain focused on profitable, strategic
growth opportunities within the agency distribution system.
Let us introduce our
management team:
Mark Vallucci CISR
A graduate of Providence College with a BS
in Marketing, Mark brings 18+ years of agency experience to IAN as one of its
founders, managers and marketing specialist. He heads up our marketing and sales
efforts, recruitment of member agents, niche marketing programs and Internet
sales promotion.
Steve Kicinski
A graduate of Technical Institute of Lodz,
Steve brings 15+ years of agency experience to IAN as one of its founders,
managers and technology specialist. He heads up our technology department and
oversees our internal quality control unit now staffed by 4 professionals in the
field of insurance, software design and applications which allows our agent
members to provide efficient processing and customer services.
Paul Brennan
A
graduate of Boston College with a BA in Sociology, and a MBA from Anna Maria
College, Paul brings 30+ years of insurance industry experience to IAN as one of
its founders, managers and operations specialist. His 20 years in the carrier
sector focused in on claims, agency development, operations and systems. Since
1998 Paul has maintained a specialized consulting practice Insurance Management
Associates Inc., working with agents and insurance carriers on regulatory
issues, statistical/financial strategies, agency planning/management solutions
and agency mergers and acquisitions.
